Evidence, with context.
A dated snapshot, a visible source trail, and a clear distinction between observation and interpretation.
Scope & collection dates
Methodology & sources. Data pulled 22 September 2026: DataForSEO (domain rank overview, ranked keywords, backlink summary, Torrance- and Los Angeles-geolocated SERPs, Google Business listings, Google Ads search volume for California), Google Lighthouse mobile emulation, a direct crawl of all 28 pages in the sitemap with builder code and shared navigation stripped, a JavaScript-rendered fetch of the Portfolio and Reviews pages, and a live Google results-page check of the Torrance head term. Every quoted fragment was matched verbatim against the live page text; quotations are kept short and used for critique. Search volumes are Google Ads region-level figures and directional at city level; rankings, map-pack composition, review counts and Lighthouse scores are exact as of the pull date. Map-pack results vary with searcher location, as discussed in the local SEO chapter. This is an unsolicited case study; the business was not contacted.
Editorial treatment
This web edition reorganizes the supplied report into topic chapters and preserves its screenshot evidence. Embedded images have been extracted into separate files without altering their pixels. Highlighting and the omitted founder photograph were already part of the source report.
The source report’s categorical statements about link weighting, shared infrastructure and review thresholds have been qualified: none of those observations alone proves Google’s treatment, a shared hosting account, or a guaranteed ranking outcome. Editorial grades in the report are the report’s assessments, not customer ratings.
Limitations
The web adaptation does not represent a new crawl or a new measurement. Search volumes are directional; local rankings depend on location and timing. Shared nameservers, addresses or infrastructure are evidence of technical similarity, not proof of ownership. A review count is a comparison point, not a ranking threshold. Structured data describes the published content; it does not guarantee search placement.
Sources to inspect
The original measurements are attributed to DataForSEO, Google Lighthouse, Google search results, public DNS and WHOIS records, and a crawl of the subject website. These links identify the inspected properties and relevant documentation; live pages may differ from the dated exhibits.
